Additionally, you cannot apply from Spain if your current presence there is unauthorized.   There is no minimum duration for your initial visa application or stay in Spain. However, for DNV renewal purposes, you must have spent at least six months in Spain within a 12-month period. 
Thailand There is no specific income requirement, but applicants must earn at least 1,300$ Under Thailand’s tax laws, you become a tax resident if you reside in the country for 180 days or more within a calendar year. If your stay is shorter than 180 days, you are not considered a tax resident and, consequently, are not subject to Thai taxes on your global income.  No work permit is required for working with an entity or government agency.  Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree or higher.  The Smart Visa targets highly skilled individuals with remote work contracts, bond/real estate investors, executives from public traded companies, and startup entrepreneurs willing to set up a company in Thailand.

Holders of the Portugal Digital Nomad Visa are subject to   Portuguese income tax if they stay in Portugal for more than 183 days in a year, thus becoming tax residents.  A clean criminal record for both you and any dependents. Proof of accommodation in Portugal for a period of one year, which can be evidenced through a rental agreement, hotel booking, or similar documentation.  A crucial component of your application process is providing proof of accommodation in Portugal for the initial 12 months of your stay. Accepted documents include rental agreements, Airbnb or hotel bookings, or a confirmation letter from a host offering accommodation during your time in Portugal.
